Our promise
If one of our digital products is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No forms and no lengthy questions.
How to request a refund
- Email hiheavenaccess@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number (it is on your Gumroad receipt).
- We will reply within 2 business days.
What to expect
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
- Refunds are issued in USD, so the amount in your local currency may differ slightly because of exchange rates.
- After a full refund, your access to the product ends.
Please note
- Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are available within the 14-day window above.
- If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, contact us at any time and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
- We may decline requests that appear abusive, such as repeated refunds for the same product.
- Bank-transfer orders are settled off-platform and fulfilled immediately as digital downloads, so they are considered final once access has been delivered.
- This policy does not limit your legal rights as a consumer where you live.
