Refund Policy

Card payments (Gumroad): All card orders on this site are processed by our online reseller Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, chargebacks and buyer support for card orders are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad's Terms. If you would like to request a refund on a card order, contact Gumroad support directly or email us at hiheavenaccess@gmail.com and we will pass the request through.

Bank-transfer orders: Because bank-transfer orders are settled off-platform and fulfilled immediately as digital downloads, they are considered final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Technical issues: If you cannot access your purchase or receive the wrong product, email hiheavenaccess@gmail.com and we will resolve it.

This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
