Welcome to Heaven Access, a brand operated by Edirimannage Moditha Liviru Dabare (the "Seller", "Heaven Access", "we", "us"), the seller of the digital products on this site. By purchasing or downloading any PDF from this store, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell original digital PDF guides. Each guide is a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not resell, republish, or share the file.

2. Payments and billing

Card payments on this site are processed by our online reseller Gumroad. Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for card orders, handles billing, tax, and refunds, and provides buyer support. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund terms please see Gumroad's Terms. We also accept manual bank transfer as an alternative; bank-transfer orders are fulfilled by Heaven Access directly.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, interfering with security, scraping, or attempting unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the guides remains the property of the store owner. No transfer of intellectual property occurs upon purchase.

5. Warranties and liability

The guides are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
